How to Read your Electric Bill
Electric bills are mailed on or about the 15th of each month. Payment is due in our office on or before the 3rd of the next month. Payments postmarked after the 3rd are considered past due and subject to the late payment charge. Click here to view a sample bill and get a full explanation of the information on the electric bill.
To help control fluctuating monthly balances, the cooperative offers a budget payment option. The budget amount is based on your average balance over the past 12 months. In July of each year our consumers are offered the opportunity to sign up and take part in the program. The July bill (which is due August 3rd) is the clean-up month. Contact the office for more information.
